If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before check-in, a refund will be issued. Please note that any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment provider may be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the full booking amount.
No-shows will also be charged the full booking amount.
